People are still salty that sasuke didn't get any development? Face it the Naruto vs sasuke hype has been going for years kishi can't just ignore that, sasuke isn't madara who gets TNJ'd albeit by hashirama of course sasuke's plan won't succeed it'd be weird if it did I like tsunade anyway his ideals are rather complex but interesting, all in all blame Itachi
