Ill start of with Sasuke

Most likely Power up for him is getting back the Cursed mark - to be on par with the insane chakra levels going on in the war

another upgrade - Perfect Susanoo , though im not really sure about this Maye this requires Senju dna , Sasuke can get this

Rinnengan - the Most unlikely upgrade - but i think if he should be on Par with the older son he must get this .

how ? Oro will find the answer

Naruto on the other hand

the only power up i can see at the moment , is the sage's Body

we know what the sage's eyes do , but what does the "body" do ?

the eyes control the Spirit , the body ? - the elements ?

rinnengan does not grant Complete Manipulation of Element - It does grant the Manipulation of Surroundings

so what i think , if in some circumstances Naruto is able to unlock the Sage's Body he might

Unlock the Uzumaki/Senjuu kekkei genkai which is Manipulation of elements + Some sealing techniques such as Kushina's Sealing chains

We dont know what it was, but Itachi explained that eye transplantation gave birth to completely new eye technique. Since he discribed it as "completely new", it couldnt be Perfect Susanoo since is basically old good Susanoo on steroids.
