In all seriousness, Jonin is just a title. Naruto and Sasuke are easily more powerful than a large majority of Jonins in the series, so it would be pointless to label them lesser than that just because they never passed the Chunin exams.

Sasuke and Naruto are not even Jounin level. Sasuke hasn't done a damn thing to earn him the tittle of jounin. Maybe High-chunin level or low Jounin even. Itachi let Sasuke killed him. He got beat by the 5 Kages. Danzo killed himself. Sasuke almost died in a fight with Kabuto. Naruto is even worse than Sasuke. He is not even past Chunin level. As we all know he never even finished the CHunnin EXam! I can't believe Kishmoto picked these two dropouts as the main characters of such a story.
