I'm going to say they are very equal in power, but Naruto will always have the advange over Sasuke because Naruto fights for others and Sasuke fights for himself.

TNJ could still be effective on Sasuke and cause him to falter in their battle.

The reason Sasuke was immune before was because he wanted to get revenge on Itachi. Ever since he has known the truth he has changed.

yeah it would be much more epic. The problems are:

1) How Sasuke can become Perfect Juubi Jin Host even if he become Juubi jin Host. As far as I know to be Perfect Host you need cooperation between Beast and host.

2) How Naruto could acquire Sage of six paths's power and keep them for that long... if they are most likely to be used against Juubi Jin Madara in future as temporary last power up as last mean to beat Madara.

Naruto has Sage mode and Yin Yang Kurama.
Sasuke has superior version of complete Perfect Susanoo, and possibly Senjutsu or elder son's Dojutsu.

WOW....never seem a thread like this before.

Naruto will of course not lose, cause, ye know. It's called Naruto as a show.
Naruto, from what we have seen is still superior to Sasuke. Sasuke has just woken up from a nap and power up, Naruto has been fighting for two days solid in multiple places at the same time against pretty much all the toughest bosses...after training with Kurama's chakra post 9-tails fight.
