also people say sasuke cut madara in half while gai used his best to do so but difference is madara was bloodless and unconcerned....? night gai wasn't aiming for the tree but madara who was feet away. and when the attack concluded gai leg broke before tree

He didn't revive him, he stop him from dying in other words he cure him which means that now the 8 gates technique is not a suicide move.

Naruto doesn't need to know how to use a rasengan to cut through it. He can just use his onmyouton shield to block it. Or he can just straight up tank it as he was taking hits from Kaguya's chakra arms without even getting damaged.

Sasuke's susanoo is by far more durable than the earth itself. EMS Sasuke and BSM Naruto both survived

And Sasuke didn't even use his EMS PS at that time. His sharinnegan PS is far more powerful than EMS Madara's PS which in turn is far more powerful than EMS Sasuke's PS. So no, Gai doesn't penetrate sharinnegan Sasuke's PS with EE.

Gai gets blitzed by Sharinnegan Sasuke's S/T ninjutsu as it's even faster than FTG which in turn is far faster than 8th GG.

No. Madara's durability doesn't change with his mindset, Sasuke's chidori eiso is legitimately more penetrative across its AoE vs Youton Rasenshuriken. I agree it's PS that Gai didn't land the head-shot.

What you should be arguing is that Sasuke's attack was a slicing attack while Gai's attack was a blunt force taijutsu hit, and it take magnitudes more power for a blunt force taijutsu hit to blow someone apart vrs a slicing attack to cut someone. Examples would be Sakura's punch vs juubiling or Bee's V1 lariat vs Sasuke's chest.

The two heroes are far above 8th gated Gai... base naruto was dominating Madara w/ 1 onmyouton more than 8th GG. And 8th GG only did so well against JJ Madara since he had the help of Minato, KAkashi, 6th GLee and Gaara. If not for them taking away Madara's onmyouton defense, all he does is hit madara with his air canon which isn't anywhere near enough to beat madara.
