Tobi would own Sasuke, come on. This is still an even battle if you put Sasuke against the paths and Nagato vs Tobi though. In the end I'd probably say Sasuke and Nagato could win this one because Sasuke could beat the paths in time to team up with Nagato on Tobi imo.

sasuke is almost useless against them. even if he casts amaterasu, they will just go back to being edo tenseis. only this time living flaming missiles cast from gedo mazo's hands.

I am afraid that Sasuke is simply no match here, only Nagato can put up a fight with tobi.

But 6 Bjju, no matter if they can't fully transform, they are still very powerful, and Nagato is not the only rinnegan wielder here, plus tobi's intengibility makes him superior.

Assuming the paths aren't Edo in this scenario, Sasuke and Nagato would pull off a win. Eventually it would be down to Tobi vs Nagato and Sasuke, Tobi's weaknesses would be exploited by that time and it'd just be a stalemate until Tobi can't go intangible any more.
