Sasuke EMS.
Nagato Edo and in his prime.(no paths)

Location: open field

I say Sasuke and Nagato high dif.

While Sasuke fights Tobi? You mean while Tobi rapes him with the Rinnegan and Gedo Mazo, and then uses his S/T techs to warp him away?

Sasuke and Nagato. Combining the Rinnegan and the Sharingan is monumental, and although Tobi has both, Sasuke and Nagato have more experience using their own Dojutsu, respectively. They'd win high difficulty though.

I don't think nagato can take on six jinchurikis all at once.they have sharingan and rinnegan so they would have no blind spots plus they have jinchurikis.

Tobi knows the MS and EMS techs backwards..and he can counter all of them:

Amaterasu - He's countered it before, who knows how.
Tsukuyomi - Sasuke's Genjutsu isn't all that great. He can probably break out of it.
Susanoo - Preta Path can absorb it. Or he can go Intangible and walk through it.

And then for Nagato it'll be Rinnegan vs Rinnegan + S/T techs + 6 Jinchuurikis.
