Chances are since Sasuke got the power from the Sage he will gain the Sage's knowledge of the Rinnengan as well and be able to use it even more proficiently than Madz

By age 27-30 he will probably be either: close, tied, or slightly better. 27-30 would be the prime btw. If he gets Rinnegqn he would probably be a little better if he practices and becomes proficient.
