The main character and the father of the main character will obviously win, plot will not allow Madara's team to win XD.

But seriously though, Naruto would be in inspired form after teaming up with his father. With Narutos speed and firepower mixed with Minato's speed and intelligence then I cant see this father son combination losing.

Susanoo doesn't last forever and Naruto has the power to attack Susanoo. Minato cannot be hit and his plenty if sealing jutsu's will come in handy.

Although I this is Edo Madara we are talking about, with Hashirama's cells then no.
