Can't say for sure Madara Uchiha had the chakra reserves necessary to learn sage mode, and Indra inherited the sages powerful chakra genes, you require a strong body to produce and handle strong chakra.

Madara had Hashirama's cells to help. Sasuke had an incomplete version and took pills to get stronger, and a piece of orochimaru was in the curse mark, which obviously helped. These guys always had something to help them when it came to senjutsu.

Madara has Hashirama Cell but he has to be the one to control mokuton and Senjutsu, it is not like Madara would automatically gains the knowledge to use Mokuton and Senjutsu by having Hashirama cells. Obito hasn’t shown to be able to use many of Madara and Hashirama techniques.

Sasuke went from CS causing him harm to not affecting him, the pill was to force Sasuke CS to level 2 that is all. If I remember right CS has a 10% success rate of not dying, if there many CS user that means Orochimadu has been experimenting on so many people that is all.

Sasuke could control someone raw Senjutsu with no problem which was from Jugo.

Harnessing senjutsu =/ < handling and controlling senjutsu. harnassing or gathering senjutsu was always the easy part and required little senjutsu training. Hell even naruto needed toad oil to even begin doing so and that wasn't a part of his own natural ability or genetics.

OP said handle. No Uchiha has used senjutsu of their own power only(abosrption), but the control has been due to their power. Madara used hashirama cells to absorb natural energy but the control of it was all him. Same with Sasuke, the seal is constantly drawing natural energy but the control of it is up to the user. No Uchiha can draw Natural energy by themselves so far but obsiously, madara and sasuke have displayed ability to control it. Even Madara himself made a comment about it. "Only this much power?, this will be very easy to handle" he seemed dissapointed even.

CS is not literally senjutsu i think. Karin said CS is made after mixing the bodily fluids and proteins of jugo with orochimaru's chakra or something.
