Sasuke loving Sakura doesn't add up.... if curse of hatred is from loss of love one and in its own way is love towards the lost at it deepest because they loved them so much they go curse of hatred (a clan of deep love = love at its deepest). If he loved Sakura at all he'd never put her through all that, and continually try to kill her.
In romantic novels (some anyways) the man who is bitter, is brought to some degree out of his bitterness from tthe girl he loves or will love, we never saw that with Sasuke and Sakura. We do to a degree with Karin, after awakening MS, he still tried to save her and even reverses the Amaterasu that hit her, almost like a eye technique he awakened from caring about if she died.
I think the only way we could find out who the real mother is, would be to find out who Sasuke truly showed any true love feelings for, rather than glasses. Just because they look alike doesn't mean they are relatives. The hints to who the real mother is, may come more from Sasuke than anyone else.
The closest thing I remember to Sasuke ever resembling love feelings is with Karin, what he did to protect her at that time wasn't invested in him gaining power or anything from it other than Karin's safety.
