Only Sasuke has shown some jutsus that could actually be destructive on a large scale, Kakashi on the other hand, eventhough he can ''use'' over 1000 jutsus we have failed to see any that could be powerfull enough.

I think Kakashi is more akin to Itachi, in the sense their strengths lie in tactics/strategy/intelligence - and not so much mass destruction. An ANBU trait perhaps.
But then again, I don't think either one of them ever truly put their minds to that, to develop skills like Sasuke has.

Kakashi's strength, on the other hand, lies in 1v1 situations.
Tactics, versatility and an eye-blink-fast 1-hit-KO technique makes him almost invinsible.
