Sasuke and Kabuto killed Oro together?

I don't think that Kabuto would betray Oro. Is just that Sasuke timed it well.
He knew when Kabuto leaves Oro as he was living with them 4 at least three years.

Okay, to everyone who says Sasuke timed it really well, Kabuto left because Oro was getting worse, and he needed special medicine. I.e. AN EMERGECY! How could Sasuke time an emergency?

Sasuke was probably just spying on Orochimaru and Kabuto unknown to the two and when Kabuto left the room he took his chance and killed Oro.

Im sure someone of Sasuke's caliber can sneak around undetected because that's what ninjas do.Plus he is fast as shit.
