Do you think Sasuke will use Izanami on Madara? I think it would work because Madara thinks that Hashirama's power is his power. He thinks of himself as a a god. However, if he lost Hashi's chakra, I think that would be a major power loss for him. At that point the Kage could take him. So do you think this is a possibility?

. Wanting to become like the Sage power wise is what Itachi told Kabuto was ok when he said imitating a being you respect. Madara isn't trying to become who the Sage is, not trying to define himself with the power so Izanami isn't going to work on Madara plus Madara knows about it and Itachi said it's not a jutsu to be used in real combat so Sasuke would die if he tried it and if he somehow cast it then Madara would just break out since he knows the jutsu and Sasuke will lose Amaterasu/Enton and Susanoo.
