This scenario is for MS Obito only, not Rinnegan. High difference. EMS Sasuke will last a while longer due to compatible docjutsu to Madara's, but an EMS and MS user who is so proficient with Kamui will render most of his attacks useless. It is debatable whether Obito will be able to dodge Amatersu as he was caught earlier on even though he did expect Itachi having a trick up his sleeve.

PS will be the game changer here. It won't obliterate CS or Itach's CS that has Yata Mirror, but it will surely reduce them to its final flimsy layer, and Sasuke and Itachi will have to invest more chakra to constantly reconstruct them. How long can Madara invest his own chakra into sword slashes? I believe Itachi will go out quicker because of MS being quite taxing for the body.

Itachi however, can keep Obito busy so that he doesn't become tangible to attack them. This situation can be exploited as he can only remain intangible for 5 minutes. However, Madara can also use powerful fire techniques which can be countered with a wall of Amatersu around both Sussanos.

Sasuke can also shelter Itachi inside his CS and keep him from wasting his chakra on Sussano. Itachi can try and use his genjutsus on Obito, because Madara will be far off inside his PS. Mean while Sasuke can utilize Magatamas to keep Obito in an intangible mode. Sasuke does have a vast amount of chakra, and he can reconstruct his Sussano while firing enton flames at PS to try and damage Madara's PS.

This battle is NOT an easy win as you people may think. Sasuke's EMS offers very good counters for Madara's EMS. If however, Obito is given Izanagi then the whole scenario changes and team two wins this low-mid difference, otherwise, it's high difference.
