.... I have a theory (less than 1%) :
1- I think Zetsu will trick Indra to steal Hagoromo's eyes (In the anime they didn't show us Hagoromo's MS ; I think they didn't because of this) ...
2- After stealing Hagoromo's eyes , one of these happens :
A) He can't control Rinnegan properly , so he switches to EMS
B) Hagoromo sealed his rinnegan before death and he has to switch to EMS (high possibility)
C) He can use rinnegan (low possibility) ; But I can't forget how his eyes' shape in Manga resembles me of rinnegan .
.
.
.
But again , EMS must be similar to his own MS ... which strengthens the "C" part ...
There's another thing about Indra's picture : Don't you think that his eyes are like Hagoromo's forehead pattern ?

What's that show? That he sensed something inside sasuke? I don't see references to Indra anywhere, he could easily be talking about the "dark chakra" that Karin was babbling on about. If your gonna try shutting people up with scans they should probably be more specific
