I am not trying to give Indra a feat. It just appears to me from the size of his Susanoo that he MAY be = Rinnegan Sasuke.

EMS Sasuke can never be on Indra's level because Indra had Rikudou chakra. However, Rinnegan Sasuke surpassed Indra by far and same goes for Naruto, he wasn't stronger than Ashura until he gained RSM

Nope, Indra was never on par with his father, Sasuke on the other hand has an evolved version of Indra's chakra therefore he's stronger.

Sasuke nor Naruto surpassed Ashura and Indra .. how do I know this?

Indra and Ashura clash kill each other, Naruto and Sasuke clash didn't, they only lost arms.

Which means Indra and Ashura > Sasuke and Naruto; logic.

Indra could do anything on his own, I would guess we just don't know what he's accomplished, but he has to of had many things he's accomplished.

Given what little data we have on Indra and Ashura or how much power either of them have, I won't assume Sasuke is stronger.

We just don't know the amount of power Indra could possess. It's possible that even though he couldn't have EMS, that his MS could be me more powerful than a rennigan or rennisharingan, and it's possible that Ashura's avatar could be greater than Naruto's even with kyuubi, but it's hard to know for sure.

Without a good source of information on the battle between Indra and Ashura, their stats, or anything about even what their abilities were, it's hard to say.

I personally think he surpassed Indra at Rinnegan + 9 Bijju stage. At this point Kurama says that Sasuke has near Hago power (> Indra in my opinion ). At Rinnegan = Indra. That is quite a feat by Indra who at best had MS.

Kurama said Sasuke is getting close to Hagoromo in skill not power.. Kurama statement was about Sasuke combining all the tail beast chakra into one, the opposite of Hagorom separating one chakra into nine..

OT: Sasuke surpass Indra as soon as he receive Hagoromo's chakra.
