How would Minato know it's Obito? nobody knew he was Tobi up until his mask shattered, I think Minato is still under the impression Tobi was Madara.

I think Oro might have an idea about Obtio because Kabuto worked under him and found the Real Madara's DNA. I don't think it'd be too far fetched for Oro to blurt it out just like Shikaku knew about Obito's 5 min use of his jutsu without anyone telling him. All I'm saying is I'd like to see it given everything with his team is comming full circle(Kakashi gaiden, Obito confronts Kakashi about killing Rin, and now Minato is back.) It doesn't seem too far fetched that Minato could find out the truth.

Orochimaru knew Tobi was a poser Madara, but did he actually knew his true identity?

I think there's a small chance he knew the truth. Didn't Oro leave the village shortly after the war Obito "died: in ended? PNJ makes Oro a pretty smart pedosnake. He does have a thing for little boys with red eyes.

Hashirama is a good choice to speak about madara. Tobirama is a bit shady. Hiruzen knows everything. I don't what the 4th hokage has to say to saskue.

The hokages almost have no choice but to tell sasuke the truth. And since orochimaru absorbed his kabuto portion back along with his intel, I'm sure orochi knows tobi=obito, if he didn't from his previous time in akaksuki. One thing for sure is that he cemented his position as the only true villian in naruto
