I don't know the actual name for the technique, but you know the technique used to revive Madara, and what Nagato used to revive the people in the invasion of pain arc.
Do you think Sasuke also has this ability now that he has the Juubi eye?
There's debate as to whether or not it has all the regular Rinnegan abilities and as it stands now there's no way to know for sure 100%. However I think it opens up a possibility for the ending of the series.
What if something happens between Naruto and Sasuke which leads them to fight to the death. Sasuke ends up killing Naruto, but obviously had to push himself to the limits to do so and is severely injured/on the verge of death. It is in this moment that he realizes, for whatever reason, what Naruto meant to him and uses this technique to revive Naruto at the cost of his own life. In a sense breaking the curse of hatred by acknowledging there's more to fixing this world than using power, and that only by cooperating with people can we bring true peace (Ashura's/Naruto's view).
