Yeah you're right. now that you mention it sasuke has the option of not using black chidori even tho he has rikudo chakra in him when he states "I'll use six paths senjutsu too" when he teleported madara between himself and naruto so it's probably optional.

I don't think that's the case since if that's the case then the rinnegan can never be transplanted to another person hence they need to be supplied with rikudo chakra be a rinnegan otherwise it'll revert to normal like you state which wasn't the case since madara's rinnegan left his body (asura and indra chakra) to nagato and even sasuke intended to transplant his rinnegan to kakashi so I doubt rikudo chakra is needed to maintain it it need it to awaken it exactly how the sharingan is awakened with chakra from uchiha brain once to be awakened.

so basically Sasuke lost the moon seal (ability to seal kaguya via Rikudo CT with naruto) but he still kept his rikudo chakra right? it's kinda confusing.

Man you guys have been arguing over this for a long time I think it's about time I say something. Look at this way.

Madara had got Hashirama's chakra (DNA) to get the Rinnegan he kept the power of Hashirama's mokuton.

Sasuke had got Hagoromo's chakra to get the Rinnegan so he should still have his powers.

Look at it this way both characters received power that mutated their eyes so if one kept the power from that mutation the other one should have to.

Nice analogy you got there but it's kinda confusing since sasuke lost the seal leading me to believe he lost the rikudo chakra as well as the absence of black chidori and naruto not being able to regenerate his arm back that's why it's confusing.

I fully believe that neither Naruto nor Sasuke lost anything after they sealed Kaguya. Why Sasuke didn't use sage black lightning is because it probably wouldn't have been that effective against Naruto who has the majority of Hago's senjutsu. Reason Naruto didn't recreate his arm is because the new severs as a reminder of everything Naruto and Sasuke went through to finally be at peace with each other.

well I agree with most of what you said but black chidori bisected JJ Madara so I doubt it wouldn't have been effective if he actually used it.

either way I think Naruto wouldn't regenerate his arm for the reason you stated (either that or he had his eyes on hashi's wood XD)
