Time is a big part of the story there is no doubt. I have a different theory on how time will play into thing. Your theory makes me curious to check out that other manga. On a side note, if you had introduced this theory a year ago there wouldn't be enough extinguishers to put out the flames you would get. Nice to see folks opening up to the concept a bit.
