1. Both Sasuke and Oro know how to release Edo Tensei. When Itachi released the jutsu, he was sent away even though he'd completely revoked Kabuto's control. Hence any control Hashi has meaningless if either Sasuke or Oro can release the jutsu and send him away.
2. Orochimaru can use Reaper Death Seal, i.e. control both Minato/Hiruzen and Tobirama in order to defeat Hashirama. This is excluding EMS Sasuke, Jugo and Suigetsu, heck even Oro's own might.
3. Hashi isn't all full strength

I said Sasuke and Oro both know how to cancel the Edo Tensei (meaning all summoned Shinobi disappear).
Tobirama, Hiruzen and Minato can't fight against that because Oro has them fully restrained. Only Hashirama has some control over his actions.
Then I said, given the event that Hashirama manages to release himself (because he has some control), he'll still have to fight 7 Shinobi, 2 of which have RDS (which sealed him in Part 1)
