All y'all arguing saying sauce now has all bijuus chakra. No sir he only has some just like Naruto; part of their chakra. Yes, it is waaay more bijuus chakra than Naruto has at this point but he doesn't have all of it like all y'all are saying.
He could. He has access to it but he won't. Sasuke needs them to end IT and he wouldn't put the bijuus at too low of chakra levels cause ending IT might not be successful or could take longer
He wouldn't risk that Sasuke is like shika plans A-Z and then some.
His goal was just make Naruto fight me full on.

No. Naruto has a small portion of 8 Bijuu and half of Kurama. Sasuke has most of 8 Bijuu and half a Kurama.
