Sasuke was no match for an already ill Itachi. He survived only because Itachi wanted him to. Shikamaru's intellect pales in comparison to Itachi's. To have planned and controlled a fight from start till the end with such perfection in his condition is nothing less I'd expect from him.
And Sasuke did get caught in amaterasu, it was Itachi who intentionally deactivated it to avoid harming Sasuke. Only an ignorant fanboy would say such things like Sasuke outsped the amaterasu. And Sasuke's foot speed was nowhere near the Raikage's level, its just that his sharingan allowed him to predict the Raikage's movements and avoid his attacks at times that's all.

Sasuke's speed close to Raikage's at the time, Itachi wouldn't have been able to shunshin him considering he already used up a lot of his chakra

Itachi's vision deteriorated which not only made it more difficult to properly focus the flames, but it also made it far more difficult for Itachi to track Sasuke as Sasuke basically had to outrun Itachi's own tracking speed to avoid Amaterasu.

He never evaded Amaterasu like Raikage did.
