So what sasuke gonna do after defeating itachi if he doesn't get to know the truth about itachi
I mean sasuke's only aim is to defeat itachi after achieve it he became aimless so what are his plan for future...is gonna return to the village or something else

If he never knew the truth about Itachi, Naruto was going to knock some sense into him and he would be brought to the village. Sasuke would have no purpose then because he would have his goal in life was done.

When Itachi was dead, officially Sasuke got revenge for the Uchiha Clan. He would have never known and so Naruto would knock some sense into him.

Basically the Uchiha future after Sasuke is pretty much fodder. Sasuke is the last real Uchiha.

He would be happy in Konoha with his comrades as he admitted to seeing Team 7 as family but only left them for his vengeance.

With Itachi dead and him not knowing he was innocent all along, he would have thought he had succeeded in avenging the Uchiha and gone back to the village. Then, he might leave for a short time to take down "Madara" with a team, fail, and then just continue working with the shinobi to bring him down.

The story would have ended quicker, but tbh this would have been better than what we got. Kishimoto could have just left Sasuke fooled and then revealed Itachi's plot twist via a secret conversation between Tobi and Zetsu, or something along those lines.

But ah well. Got to continue the series as long as possible for the $. Even now, it'll go on. Which makes sense, given fans are still supporting it (otherwise it would have been cut off long ago and there would be no such continuations).

Edo itachi said to naruto "why isn't sasuke back at the village".

So it's implied that sasuke would join kohona again or the very least not be against them. Him "killing" orochi and itachi would be his ticket back in and be known as the hero.
