Which is the better version. I know people will say he had time to maximize his skill and what not but that actually depends on if he had worthy opponents to face or someone on his level to train with during the time skip because if not then he wouldn't have grown much. We know he was exercising his eyes for sure but othe that that, Chakra and ability wise. Sasuke was better against Kaguya, MAdara and Naruto in VoTE 2, even in The Last than he was against Momoshiki and Kinshiki in Boruto Movie. Is Sasuke as an adult actually the better of the two or is it just hype? I don't remember Adult Sasuke being able to use Any Rinnegan jutsu either

Depends on the plot entirely. Sasuke should have used a lot more rinnegan techniques against Naruto and in the Boruto movie. Did the writer forget about the rinnegan powers? I don't think so I think he just convinentely makes him unable to use it at times where he needs other characters to shine or so enemies won't be defeated so easily. Just my two cents

But really, VOTE-II is a poor source for analyzing Naruto/Sasuke's basic abilities like speed/wits/stamina/cqc...
