I actually thought of this the other day. Rinnegan can use all techniques. Can it use Kamui or other specialized S/T tech?

Anyways, maybe that is how sasuke has been tracking kaguya's traces. Visiting the worlds she created. It would make sense as to why only his rinnegan can do it and not Naruto's sage mode.

Probably can't spam it. Kaguya spammed her S/T tech and it took a huge amount of chakra from her. Even Obito + Sakura could barely do it. Cuz obito mentioned her dimensions are very far away, takes a large amount of chakra to do. Probably only kaguya could spam that tech. Sasuke could probably spam it if he is using a close dimension, like kamui world. Assuming he can find it.
