I agree that Sasuke has accomplished some pretty amazing feats. I'll even be nice enough to not bother dragging them down by pointing out the background behind the events.
1. He beat Orochimaru
2. He beat Naruto
3. He beat Itachi
4. He beat Danzo
5. He beat Deidara
6. His team is very well-rounded and powerful (as a team)
That said, many of the other things you credit him with are flat out wrong.
1. He did not beat Bee. He didn't even really injure Bee. Within hours of their battle, Bee was back rapping and sneaking off to go play. Bee would have killed Sasuke twice in that battle if his team hadn't jumped in to save him. Furthermore, Bee wasn't even trying the first time that he stabbed Sasuke and almost killed him the first time.
2. Ay was nowhere close to being beaten. He lost his arm, but since then he has still been more than capable of fighting Naruto and Madara. I think that Gaara's intervention was done more as a way for Kishi to make sure that Sasuke didn't die at the Kage summit.
3. Saved the world? Helped Itachi? I don't really remember when this happened, but if anything, Sasuke is one of the main reasons that the world is in chaos now. If you remember, Sasuke is the person who retrieved part of the Eight Tail's chakra, which allowed Obito to resurrect the Juubi. If Sasuke hadn't attacked Bee, the Alliance would have probably won this war by now. As for the Kabuto/Itachi fight, Sasuke really was just a hindrance. Itachi had that battle won the minute he decided to attack Kabuto. The rest was just formality and Kabuto's imagination. He hasn't surpassed Kakashi, especially since Kakashi now knows how to use Kamui. He might be better in combat than Tsunade, but Tsunade still brings some big guns to the table (healing without needing hand signs and massive strength). I'll give you the Mizukage and even Gaara (with his new gold sand), but Oonoki can disintegrate people and fly. Bee beat the crap out of him even with a team, and in a one-on-one battle, Bee would probably win. As for Akatsuki, I'm pretty sure that everybody has surpassed most of them. They are mostly all dead, after all.
