Not trolling, but there are things i needed to say, so before flaming, please read what i say 
I will begin by explaining why i think A is stronger than Itachi.
Itachi vs A:
Like you can see on this pic:
Shee says that "Sharingan can't keep up with Raikage".
So if Sharingan can't keep up with him, the Sharingan user can't even find his way to cast genjutsu
Itachi is much more smarter than Raikage, but i don't see how it could help in this case when Raikage never think about something else than destroying the ennemy, so he will be continously charging him and won't give him time to create a strategy or at least not that fast
We've also seen that in V2, Raikage was too fast that Amaterasu couldn't follow also, Sasuke couldn't even see where Raikage was. So Itachi won't be able to follow. His only chance would be to protect himself with Susanoo.
Difference between Sasuke and Itachi:
From this part, the difference between Sasuke and Itachi would be seen. Cuz the only thing that save Sasuke against Raikage during the Kage summit, was because he could control Amaterasu with Blaze release, to avoid Raikages punch(at least it's what he intended to), but since Itachi has no blaze release, he can't do such a thing.
So Raikage would be continuously trying to get through his Susanoo with heavy punch. And in terms of stamina, Raikage is his worst nightmare since Itachi has low stamina, so he couldn't keep up his Susanoo for too long, when Raikage has Bijuu level stamina, so he could fight for days if he wants xd
So at the end, either Raikage manages to find his way and go through Susanoo, or Itachi would die from chakra exhaustion. Though, if Itachi uses the full form of Susanoo(with Yata mirror and totsuka), i don't see Raikage being able to go through, but eventhen, problem will be on Itachis stamina. Sasuke mentioned that full form of Susanoo takes much more chakra, so it wouldn't be a good thing for Itachi to use it that much knowing his chakra problems. Even totsuka won't help since Raikage is just too fast for it, and also, it's not even sure that totsuka could pass through his lightning armor even if miraculously he manages to touch him
So that's been said, it's why i think Yondaime Raikage>Itachi.
Raikage vs Sasuke:
If you read what i've said concerning the difference between Sasuke and Itachi, you will understand why i say that Sasuke would have more chances to win, cuz because he control Amaterasu with blaze release, he can push Raikage to make a stupid mistake(like back then), so if Raikage is stupid enough he could get killed. But if Raikage calm his nerves, he knows that he has Bijuu level stamina, so he could try just to stay calm by waiting for opportunities and strike. But i don't see Raikage fighting this way, that's why i give Sasuke a slight advantage in this fight

Here both of them have powerful Susanoos, but the reason why i give Itachi advantage is because, i'm pretty sure, he could find a way by outsmarting him smh. Sasuke has more stamina though, so on his side, he could try just to spam techniques and wait when Itachi struggles to finish him, but overall like i've said, i give Itachi slightly the edge here. He is more experimented with Ms, and more strategical fighter than Sasuke like we've seen against Kabuto
