Sasuke a disgrace?

According to spoilers, the new Akatsuki member said Sasuke is a disgrace to the Uchiha, after the Sharingan boy told him about how strong Sasuke is. So how is Sasuke a disgrace if he has Rinnegan? and is most likely the strongest person alive? I don't get how he's a disgrace. Other than not marrying an Uchiha, I don't see any other way he can be a disgrace.

It is not his strength that they call him a disgrace but things he has done in the past that has made the Uchiha look bad.
