You forgot about his ninja tool mastery:
He used ninja tools against Deidara and almost killed him with his own landmines. He also created a s/t seal he wears as a wristband that he can use to summon any weapon and launch it at the opponent at almost light speed. Used in his battle against Itachi.
You also forgot about his kenjutsu:
He attacked and killed many heavy armor plated samurai using only his sword. Basically he beat them at their own game. And when he clashed blades with Mifune a samurai general and kenjutsu master,he was praised by him.
On a side note about kenjutsu Itachi beleived Sasuke was dangerous enough with his sword that he felt the need to immediately disarm him after Sasuke unsheathed it.
