The big blast radius (the white circle like you said) is from naruto's bijudama rasenshuriken ,not from sasuke's susano... sasuke cut those rocks around him ,while naruto had the ones next to him(sasuke) blown up with that rasenshuriken...

I imagine the op knows that

He is probably talking about the smaller explosion that is in the middle of narutos exploision.

In the middle of the blast radius you can see small chuncks of rock, Sasuke did that.

The blast is the background, in its direct foreground you can see the explosion the op is talking about ( its more of a shockwave than a exploision)

If you still cant see it, try this:

Look at the meteor that was cut in half. You can clearly tell that the bijudama expliosion happened behind the cut in half meteor. If you look to the left of the cut in half meteor, you see the exploision ( white circle) and in front of it is a shockwave.

Those rocks in the middle of the explosion that are separated by a shockwave--- that was done by Sasuke

I clearly said in the OP that the explosion is by Susanoo hitting the rock, not slashing it.

DUDE go read the manga. In fact just read the page BEFORE this one. Naruto threw the bijuudama and it EXPLODED. Sasuke sword does NOT hit it SLASHES. As you can see beside the explosion is one chibaku tensei slashed all up and in half by sasuke. THATS IT

Most likely Sasuke in his flight hit it and due to Sasuke's speed the rock exploded.
