1. Yes, he is the original owner the rinnegan.

Guess what? the 4th hokage is the creator of rasengan, but clearly Naruto is far better and more suitable for the rasengan than the 4th hokage.

2. Yes, Hago's rinnegan is listed as Kekkei Mōra.

3. Hago can do more than Madara and sasuke

Hago probably could do more than Madara and Sasuke. However, Madara and sasuke were born during the shinobi era. They utilized creatively far more than Hago did in his era. So most likely, I don't think Hago can put them hands on Sasuke when it comes to rinnegan feats. I'm basing this off of manga facts. No manga facts about hago's rinnegan.

what exactly classifies a kekkei mōra is unknown.

For all we know, If Sasuke had the same amount of chakra Kaguya had, the output of power would be about the same...maybe on a bigger scale for Sasuke's case. But that is not what this thread is about. The thread is about sasuke's rinnegan has more potential than Hago's rinnegan.

There's nothing in this Manga that makes either person's Rinnegan itself beyond that of the others. Nothing more to it. If there was then I would've seen you show something that puts Sasuke's Rinnegan above Hagoromo's. If you want to start talking about "things Hagoromo has done with his Rinnegan" then that entails more than just Rinnegan vs. Rinnegan. It becomes Hagoromo w/ Rinnegan vs. Sasuke w/ Rinnegan and it's obvious which person has the better feats.

Not really. That's just you making things up. Sasuke didn't utilize his Rinnegan better than Madara did. Sasuke's Rinnegan feats are inferior to Madara's. Sasuke being able to use the Rinnegan well has nothing to do with him having more potential than Hagoromo.

Hagoromo is stronger than Sasuke thus his eye is stronger than Sasuke's. Nothing more to it nor is it debatable unless you want to argue that Sasuke>Hagoromo.
