Sasuke´s eye is changing after every use of the eye.

Take a look:

3 lines, 1 line = 3 tomoe, totally = 9 tomoes

Then he used his eye for first time.. :

2 lines, 1 line = 3 tomoe, totally = 6 tomoes

He used his eye for 2 more times and look at this.

yup, 0 tomoes

In my opinion, he is losing his tomoes after use of specific jutsu from his eye. But he wont lose it forever. I think its regenerating after some time.


There is also chance that he can use "Izanagi" and losing the tomoes.. But it will be regenerated in some time.

Also Madara is still saying that he awakened same sharinghan as him. Maybe Sasuke will have classic rinnegan like Madara, its the process between sharingan => rinnegan

Obito wasn't the awakener of the rinnegan, so he couldn't use the full power.

That actually sounds like it's true, maybe Kishi did this so Sasuke can't spam abilities with it. "Give him Rinnegan, but limit his use."

If this turns out to be true I'll be quite impressed. This could also work out that the more powerful techniques he uses takes up more tomoe so to speak. Interesting.

The raw is everytime full of errors. The same goes (probably) for Sasukes eye. The Tankōbon will fix it though.
