Sasuke needed smaller CT's, hence less effort to trap 9 bijuus at once. Sasuke > Nagato. :yeah:

Nagato had to make his 1 CT so big since the nine tails could still move around inside it. And a incomplete ninetails with 8 tails was able to break out of his giant CT.

Sasuke trapped the bijuu in genjutsu which prevents them moving so he didn't need to make his CT as big as Nagato's CT.

Sasuke is a original owner of the rinnegan so rinnegan jutsu should cost Sasuke less chakra to use then they do for Nagato. In the same way that sharingan cost Kakashi more chakra then it would for an Uchiha to use sharingan.

And Sasuke has Indra's / Hagoromo's yin chakra so he should be able to make much bigger CT then Nagato can.

However the CT that both made were very casual so there full powered one dwarfs what they did.

Lel, there is absolutely no doubt that Madaras CT was by far the biggest. Sasukes nine CT's together are pretty much the same size like Nagatos single CT. Maybe a little bit bigger, but not that much.
Just look at these two panels. Do you recognize the comparison of both jutsu with the roots of the god tree?
