PPL are confusing 9 bijuus chakra with So6P powers.SO6P didnt give 9 bijuus chakra to naruto actually Obito gave naruto the chakras of hachibi & shukaku and naruto already had other bijuus chakra.

By having SO6P's half power,Base Naruto's power and speed increased drastically.

Actually my point is that SO6P gave 2 halfves of his powers to naruto and sasuke which should really made them equal but Naruto have the edge of 9 bijuus chakra and Toad SM thats why naruto is > Sasuke
