What was the jutsu Sasori used on Kabuto to make him spy on Orochimaru?
How did Orochimaru even figure it out?
How did he counter it to free Kabuto?;o

Sasori thought he was smart, but he underestimated Lord Orochimaru.

So since it was a small needle in Kabuto's brain, does that prove that Orochimaru had chakra sensing even before entering Zetsu body?

And also, it looks like he had to operate on Kabuto's brain to remove the needle.
