We all know he had the strongest Kazekage as his puppet, and he was even able to
use his Iron sand, But what if he found Madara's dead body in healthy state with Eien no Mangekyó.
Would he be able to use Susano'o or a rinnegan technique's if he made a puppet out of Madara.

Because that would be way to OP.

He probably could. The puppets retain all of their living abilities as long as Sasori knows how to use them.

If only he could somehow coat his Susano'o in poison.

Assuming he could use him to its full potencial, yes it would be quite OP.
But i think his use of human puppets is more or less like Oro's use of ET, limited by the amount of control the user has over the body.
I find it hard to believe the strongest kazekage was only capable of throwing bigger to smaller pieces of compressed Iron Sand.
