You should really read posts before replying to them. I said, he didn't have his main body, main puppet or any of his 100 puppets left. The body he uses to shot fire and water is his main body which was destroyed and sealed away.

Sasori, I think was the most unique Akatuski ever(then there is Itachi, Pain and Kisame)... he IMO was top 10 easy without Sage family and crazy power ups... he had a sad back story... it's unfortunate of all the opponents he could have been with, it had to be Sakura... I think Shikamaru vs Sasori would have been great... even though, he has no counter to Sasori's poison.

He was very strong, Deidara admitted that Sasori was the stronger one, yeahh exactly but Kishi made Sakura his opponent to hype Sakura in the beginning of the time skip.... she still would've been dead if it wasnt for Chiyo

Sasori's skills were so amazing, Deidara pales against him it's not even funny.

My bad i missed the main body part...... Kankuro used his main body, but yeah he couldnt do much in his edo form without all his puppets and his puppet body, but still Kankuro killed him way too easy, and Deidara was also captured way too easy.

Kankuro didn't do a thing to Sasori besides losing to Hiruko. Kakuro most likely retrieved the Main body , restored it and then started using it. Kankuro was only able to defeat Sasori thanks to teamwork and such. Sasori using his own body was shown to be very weak. (Meaning that if Sasori had not stabbed Sakura back then, then Sakura would have killed him regardless.)

Sasori in his edo form is a lot weaker than Kankuro though.

Sakura and Chiyo had intel and prep.

It surely helped them, but I dont think it would allow them to defeat him if he was trully determined to win this fight. At this point Sasori was just a shell of a person, he had no real reason to live anymore.

Yeah that is what I was saying. They only made it that far because of that. Had they not had prep Sakura would not have antidotes and it would have ended a lot sooner.

Honestly, he was the only Akatsuki member, minus Itachi revelation and Obito unmasked, that had real development. Nagato was pretty well written, but I put him above Akatsuki, Konan too, because they had ideals that were above just being power hungry.

I say that to say, I think his death was handled perfectly, especially that he chose to die. Great character, especially for a villain. Kishi's characters usually act for plot reasons, not for their own motives.

Everybody knows that. Sasori is very powerful. Chiyo and Sakura had the intel, preperation and the right combination of skills to fight him. But they were lucky, Sakura was able to trick Sasori by destroying the Kazekage attack and Sasori's suicide in the end. Chiyo is also very underrated.
