People who said that's bad writing don't get the point of Sasori's resurrection.

Sasori finally has the immortality he always wanted, yet he utterly fails because he lacks his artworks. This mere fact allows him to finally see things again in a more human way and die in peace.

Dan seemed to at least put up a fight, he had a huge prison and everything. Chouza basically spent his time on the battlefield dealing with him offscreen.

Sasori is definitely. I feel that even if he did he may be the weakest one.
