-Intel: Basic manga knowledge. They know of each other and what they're famous for. Sasori doesn't know the true power of Tsunade's strength and Tsunade doesn't know Hiruko isn't Sasori and she knows none of his puppets' tricks (she does know a bit about Iron Sand).
-Restrictions: Katsuyu

Sasori starts in Hiruko, Tsunade has 2 antidotes on her.

Tsunade should be capable of evading a lot of his earlier attacks. It's not until a few waves of the hundred puppets or the Iron Sand comes out till she risks being injured.

Even then, if Sasori tries to break away with flight Tsunade is capable of following him, as her jumping distance is still impressive and without any knowledge on that, he has no reason to go beyond it. Especially with him seeing her as a taijutsu fighter, and someone with ranged bullets to fling.

Full intel, even with Katsuyu can go either way. Sasori can make the preperations to avoid Tsunade fully, but Katsuyu does present a challenge with her ability to dissolve the iron sand. Steadily ridding Sasori of his most potent and valuable weapon.

I believe either party is capable of winning, with the conditions really setting the stage for them.

Flights not needed and Sasori's flight is pathetic anyways. If she follows Sasori has plenty of ways to stop her mid air? Flame throwers? Intercepting puppets? 100 Hands? Thats an idiotic idea, as a wise Ino once said U_U There is no dodging in mid-air

No way, her acid is not landing on such minimal IS Bullets... Which really do the damage here it has literally no speed feats.

Of course she uses the antidote immediately. If I recall right, it provided two minutes of immunity to the poison. That's four minutes of careless attacking. That's enough for her to take Sasori down.

And that happened to a early shippuuden Sakura too, right? Sakura even punched the iron sand structures around the cave.

Tsunade is on a whole different level compared to her, she will have no problems dodging the iron sand attacks by herself.

Tsunade probably wins. She might be able to crack through the puppet and kill Sasori at the same time.

If Sakura can dodge Sasori's attacks, I cannot see how Tsunade cannot. She dodged all of his attacks, and was much slower than Tsunade then. She even jumped over the combined attacks of several puppets. With her immortality seal active, I think she can keep the poison suppressed long enough to last in battle.

She can jump insanely high as well. Chakra isn't a problem for her. Iron sand is countered with punches and the puppet is smashed. Those hundred puppets aren't as fast as most imagine, as Sakura was able to evade many of them simultaneously. Tsunade is much much faster compared to that Sakura, and has plenty of chakra to last long in the battle.

She takes it mid difference.
