Sasori wins low difficulty. If any buffoon surmises the thought of Byakugou mitigating the poison, then I will virtually beat you with my fists. Byakugou multiplies pre-existing cells in an attempt to heal wounds; cue when Madara stabbed Tsunade but she regenerated. Poison is internal, and reproducing your cells would be counter-productive as you would be reproducing the cells that already have poison that is surfaced... further hastening the poisonous effect. Beyond that, even if for some apparent reason, someone decides to give Tsunade an antidote, she has nothing to deal with Satetsu magnetizing her on imminent contact and making her a sitting duck for demolition at the hands of any of Sasori's attacks within his wide and vast hidden arsenal.

The result of this match is obvious. Sasori's usage of poison absolutely negates Tsunade's chances of reigning superior. She is no where near the speed required to avoid attacks such as the Satetsu Shigure, nor would she be able to get past the Satetsu Kaihō. She'll get hit, it is inevitable. The outcome of the match up will be settled as soon as she receives the first scratch, other users have stated everything that needed to be said. The Byakugō will not help here. (Will elaborate, if necessary)

As for Tsunade managing to get a hit off on Sasori, simply utilizing the Kesshū to levitate out of her reach would be a simple way to counter everything she has to offer.​

Poison actually does immobilize. I don't see why would it be an assumption.
