The only way Shikamaru could win this is if he knew all of Sasori's abilities and all of his puppets abilities and had a few days to prepare. And even then he would have a really rough time of it. Unfortunately Sasori is much stronger than Shikamaru. In pretty much every situation Sasori would destroy him.
