Inside Ichiraku Ramen building? If that is the case, whatever acid mist Mei conjures up will stay there and continuously damage Sasori's puppets as well as chakra strings. Sasori has no way of getting out of here or getting rid of the mist when his ability to manipulate puppets is hindered immensely.

Edit: Nevermind, I just realized that since Sasori starts with his 3rd Kazekage puppet, iron sand can be executed from the getgo and at a faster speed considering that it doesn't require hand seals unlike Mei's ninjutsu. In this case, Sasori one shots her as she has no speed or defence to block iron sand, especially in a location where there is little space to manoeuvre about. I guess Sasori wins mid difficulty.

This too, poison gas can be released faster than acid mist since mist requires hand seals but poison gas does not. Sasori does win mid difficulty at most.
