But Kisame using that technique would put him in a disadvantage when he tryed that on bee , bee using ink to fill the whole area what happened if he spilled his gases in his Water dome or hidden mist jutsu he'd get poisoned in a instant

ok well sasori poisons the water surrouding, while keeping a long range distant, 100 puppets unleashed, Sasori uses iron sand to 100% protect himself, trows out poison kunai and needles in every direction ,kisame unable to predict attacts from every angle, one stracht even a tiny one and kisame is dead no questions asked... Sasori would have a new Kisame puppet by the end of the day xd

kisame doesnt even need water techs to win. he himself can abosrb chakra let alone samehada. puppets are gone without chakra threads.
