Thats your answer this thread, but since i might need some explanation to do allow me to say this.
Kisame always starts his fight by creating water. Sasori in his scorpion form would de destroyed in no time and in fact it would be better for sasori to get out of his scorpion form because that form in water do not go well.
Anyway as i said sasori's scorpion from would be destroyed in no time and kisame doesnt need to come in close to do this. Any of his water attacks, after he has produced his mass of water would destroy. With the scorpion for destroyed, sasori loses what makes him almost invincible. He regains the weakness of a puppet master;
After the scorpion form is destroyed sasori has to use his chakra strings to control his other puppets, but also he himself is open to attacks;
No different to kankuro and with shino's bug's was able to take advantage of a puppeteers weakness. With his bugs, he was able to consume kankuro's CHAKRA strings ;
Kisame can attack from long range with his suiton jutsu's and destroy some of sasori's many puppets and with a puppeteers weakness being close combat, but also kisame having the ability to absorb chakra with samahada or on his own, he can eat the chakra strings of sasori;
Kisame might get poisoned in the end though, so although i believe he would win, i believe he would die after due to poison

I think sasori would win with high difficulty, kisame is more of a brute force fighter than anything so its hard to imagine him dodging every attack, his water dome jutsu would definatly backfire with the spread of poison in the water and since the dome follows his location he would have to release the jutsu to keep from being poisoned, close fight for sure though
