Which stamina do you mean? The one which allowed Itachi to set on fire half of the forest surrounding the Uchiha palace? Considering that all the flames consist of Chakra, what is a single flame [

] after he already used Tsukuyomi before and then used Susanoo's complete form?This stamina shit is a myth. Itachi can set on fire the whole surroundings even after he used other Mangekyo techniques. Itachi used an amount of Mangekyo techniques against Sasuke, which wouldn't even be needed against Sasori.
Stamina aside, Itachi can't control the black flames anyway. He can turn around himself to create a circle of Amaterasu flames, but would not be capable to control their shape and location, and thus could end up getting burned by his own flames if he really wanted to take risks in using it defensively on his Susanoo

For him to simultaneously have susnaoo, let alone full susnaoo actived and use amatersau? I call bluff. What's to say he'll start off with such a strategy?
Also, seeing as IS blocks the initial use of amaterasu, Itachi may have to use the technique more than once. No one seems to take into account the location here. Sasori/3rd Kazekage manipulates sand
Edit: after further observation, I'm unable to conclude for fact he can control sand.though the databook kinda implies he could. -_-

A near-death Itachi, whose condition had Zetsu contemplating whether he was sick, or even wounded, was able to use a Tsukuyomi, a Susano'o, and an Amaterasu so large that it covered the whole forest to their side.
You're acting as if it'll be difficult for Itachi to use the Amaterasu. Believe me, it won't. He can see the core, he'll obviously aim for it, a small time Amaterasu is all that is needed to end this fight. Whether he needs to use the Susano'o or not is irrelevant, once he brings out the flames, Sasori will lose. And you can bet your ass that that'll happen before Itachi runs out of stamina.

]. Itachi won't need protection from Susanoo for most of Sasori's moves. And if he is forced to use Susanoo to protect himself from missiles of Sasori's sand for example, it is enough to create Susanoo's hand [

False. Itachi can store up Chakra in his eye and fire it instantly. Even with Ay's speed, slow motion still showed how the flame starts to appear right before him. The sand won't react to the flame, as it appears instantly at the point Itachi is aiming at. The IS doesn't react at movements to begin with; if anything, Sasori must react at an attack and force the sand to move.
Amaterasu will directly hit Sasori's core, which Itachi will observe as the center of his Chakra with the Sharingan.

You make some good points, though I disgree with Sasori needing to react to amaterasu, rather than simply having IS placed infront of him as shown in the manga. Similarly, when Garra blocked blaze release. He didn't react, but simply went for an attack and intercepted that attack. However, since my argument replied of his ability to manipulate surrounding sand, which is now in question I'll take this L Strict lol.

Shitty troll. Sasori got destroyed by an old woman who was a fodder and one of the most useless characters in the series. They didn't even end up close to dying.
Itachi's 30% clone was toying with Kakashi, Naruto, Sakura and Chiyo (and the last two are the ones who killed Sasori).
