To go even further then I usually did. Sasori has broken the laws of Nature to the point that he is inhuman. If you read Kakuzu vs Kakashi's scan, you would know that breaking the laws also benefits your body to not interpret it even with the Sharingan. Kakashi's Sharingan should of picked up Kakuzu carrying 5 hearts, since they also carry a different chakra nature type. These human hearts were the only way to keep Kakuzu alive and yet, Kakashi didn't understand and didn't act accordingly. This applies to Sasori's body to since both of these characters body type has broken the laws of nature, thus your conclusion doesn't fit as valid.
