sasori takes this. Speed and prediction might benefit Sasuke agaisnt hikuro. But chiyo made it clear that hikuros attacks are like solving a puzzle for a way to dodge them specifically. Since she had full knowledge on it, that benefited her and the person she was controlling.
So at the end of the day the hikuro brace arm attack with the additional scorpion sting attack ( which has been reaction, being able to block attacks without looking) once throwing sasuke off balence with brace arm attack.
So from there hikuro has a chance to beat sasuke.
