Still can be tanked by IS.
C4 doesn't work and i don't think he would have the opportunity to use C0. Just one scratch and the fight ends. Ultimately Deidara already admitted inferiority towards Sasori so... kinda pointless to argue with the manga.

Alright lets look at the facts One Sasoris poison weapons Are useless when deidara is high up ...iron sand can easily be dodged by deidara if he could dodge gaaras much quicker sand ....
Sasori has not shown how skilled he is in defense with the iron sand and no matter how skilled he is he is limited to a certain amount of sand. Simple c1 birds could easily outmaneuver A set ammount of iron sand And reach their target ( the thirk kazekage)
Countering 100 puppets
Personally i think this attack is weak .... and Should not be named sasori's strongest attack Deidara could summon his c2 sky dragon and fire a few missiles and it would destroy almost if not all his puppets
Dealing with sasori himself is rather easy as well... Now i dont see why people say c4 is ineffective ... theres nothing that proves sasori cant breath... But if you insist on saying it does not work A barage from deidara would evventually hit
And deidara's reflexes and dodging abilities are far from ordinary .
Doing this without arms and going up against The fastest squad in the leaf!
Also for those who say sasori's intelligence surpasses deidara It is .5 higher according to the data book. While deidara has a few intelligence feats while sasori has practically none

Althought it doesn't mattter since Deidara admitted that he is the inferior one of the duo, I'll counter.
Sasori can fly as well so Deidara dosn't have the flight advantage here. Gaara's sand isn't quicker than Sasori's. Sasori's Iron Sand broke the sound wall.(I'll get you the page if you want) He has as much sand as Gaara without Shukaku and when he is not in the desert. Probably even more.
Sasori didn't need to show his defense skills. It's obvious that he has better defense than Gaara. Iron Sand bullets will strike down the C1 birds and will hit Deidara.
Sasori's puppets are too fast to be destroyed with C2. They'll hit Deidara
Sasori doesn't need to breathe. He has no lungs. Only a heart. Those little bombs have to be dropped on Sasori and since Sasori can fly as well that won't work.
Deidara's reflexes are good, but he won't be able to dodge Sasori's attacks.
Sasori is smarter than Deidara. He is the only one able to create Human Puppets, he turned himself into one, he was able to create the most lethal poison in NV. And Deidara pretty much gets pissed off when you insult his art and he no longer thinks logically.
But Deidara sure as hell isn't weak. I'm sure he can beat Minato.

Sasori and Deidara are partners, Deidara would know that Sasori is stronger than him so he wasn't lying. And he always calls him 'Master Sasori'. Sasori is the senior of this duo.
Sasori can fly as good as Deidara maybe even better on his Iron Sand triangle or cube. Iron Sand can break the sound wall so...
Sasori's Iron Sand can extend or something by using chakra. Otherwise Sasori wouldn't be able to create such big Iron Sand triangles and cubes or he couldn't use Iron Sand Unleash if he had that little Iron Sand.
The puppets would dodge the missles due to Sasori's speed. It would take down a number of puppets, but there are too many for Deidara to handle and with each of their weapons soaked in poison, Deidara won't be able to handle that.
However like I said, Deidara is no weakling and it isn't a shame to lose to someone as powerful as Sasori. IMO Deidara could take the majority of Kages including Minato. Deidara is easily Top 20 or Top 15.

Man im sorry but sasori flying doesnt change anything that would actually make it easier for deidara to hit the 3rd kazekage puppet since it is so close now.....And c3 destroys the hundred puppets if you dont want to believe c2 does..
